摘要
目的 :评估用瞬态诱发耳声发射 (transient evoked otoacoustic emissions,TEOAE)对新生儿重症监护病儿进行听力筛查。方法 :用英国 Otodynam ic公司生产的 IL O- 92耳声发射仪进行测试 ,刺激声为疏波短声 ,声刺激强度 73~ 86 d BSPL ,脉冲宽度 80 us,刺激方式为“3+ 1”(3个正相波后紧接一个 3倍振幅的负相波 )非线性模式。结果 :共有 32 1例小儿进行听力筛查 ,4例小儿诊断为单耳中重度感音性听力下降 ,3例小儿诊断为双耳中重度感音性听力下降 ,6例小儿诊断为传导性耳聋 (中耳积液 )。结论 :TEOAE是快速、简单、客观、无创、有效的听力筛查技术。不仅能早期发现先天性感音性耳聋 ,也能发现传导性耳聋 (中耳积液 )。
Objective:Newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU) are considered at risk for hearing impairment.To evaluate the feasibility of hearing screening in the NICU.Methods:Transiently evoked otoacoustic emissions(TEOAEs)were recorded with the commercially available Otodynamics ILO 92 Otoacoustic Emission Analyser in NICU.Results:321 babies in the NICU were included in this study .269 infants(83.8%)passed the initial screening test.7 infants were identified as having a unilateral and bilateral mild to moderate sensorineural hearing loss.Otherwise,5 children had a conductive hearing loss(middle ear effusion).2 children with bilateral or unilateral sensorineural hearing impairment received hearing aids.3 infants underwent tympanostomy tube placement.Conclusions:TEOAE are a quick,simple,objective and effective screening technique for detecting congenital sensorineural hearing impairment and can also detect a temporary conductive hearing loss.
