摘要
用 1 8Cr2 Ni4WA钢研究了 M- A组织对拉伸和冲击性能的影响。结果表明 ,粒状组织和粒状贝氏体的屈服强度 σp0 .2 、屈强比 σp0 .2 /σb、断面收缩率 ψ和冲击韧度 Ak 与马氏体及 M- A含量有很好的线性相关性 ,而且其与马氏体的线性相关性高于与奥氏体的线性相关性。
The influence of martensite austenite structure on tensile strength and impact toughness was studied for 18Cr2Ni4WA steel. The results showed that the yield strength ( σ p0.2 ), the yield / tensile strength ratio ( σ p0.2 / σ b), the reduction of area ( ψ ) and the impact toughness of granular structure (GS) and granular bainite (GB) had good linear relationship with martensite and martensite austenite content, and its linear correlation extent with martensite is better than that with austenite.
