摘要
目的 研究提高18Cr2Ni4WA 钢制曲轴性能的途径. 方法 通过实验对不同工艺18Cr2Ni4WA钢的基体组织进行分析. 结果 常规工艺处理的工件具有粒状贝氏体(Bg)+ 粒状组织 (Gs) 的复合组织,而较快冷速可以避免粒状组织的出现. 结论 由于Gs 的强韧性明显低于Bg, 故提高空冷淬火第一阶段的冷速可以提高曲轴的性能.
Aim\ To study the way for improving properties of crankshaft made of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel. Methods\ The microstructures of various heat treated specimens made of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel are analysed with metallographical experiment. Results\ The microstructure of normal heat treated specimen is made up of granular bainnite(Bg) and granular structure (Gs). Granular structure is disappeared when specimen is cooled at higher rate. Conclusion\ Because strength and toughness of Gs are lower obviously than those of Bg, increasing the cooling rate in air quenching at the first stage can improve the properties of crankshaft.
