摘要
用18Cr2Ni4WA钢研究了M-A组织对包中格效应(BF)的影响,结果表明,M对BE的影响显著,BE与M体积分数(VM)之间呈良好的线性相关关系,VM足够高时,包申格系数(B)可为负值,当用多次高温回火去除M后,其B变为正值。VM对B和屈服强度(σ0.2)的影响均与VM对拉伸曲线初始阶段“圆化”程度的影响密切相关,对含有M-A组织的粒状组织(GS)和粒状贝氏体(Bg)的B~σ0.2的回归分析表明,B与σ0.2之间存在着良好的线性相关关系。
l8Cr2Ni4WA steel is used to study the influence of M-A tissue on bauschinger effect (BE). The re-sults show that M affects BE sharply and that BE is well linear with the volume fraction of M (VM). When VM is highenough,bauschinger coefficient (B) may be negative,but B becomes fositive after M has been ellminated by multiplehigb temrerature temper. The influences of VM on B and the yield strengeh (oo.2) are clearIy related to the influence onthe circularization degree of the initial stage of tension curve. B~σ0.2 regression anaIysis of granular tissue (GS) andgranular bainite (Bg) containing MuA tissue shows that B and σ0.2 are good linear dependence reIation.
