摘要
介绍了电控泵 -管 -阀 -嘴 (PPVI)柴油喷射系统中高速强力电磁阀的研制和相应的电控单元的工作过程。采用高频脉宽调制 (PWM)波对高频斩波电流源驱动电路进行控制实现强力电磁阀的驱动。分析了电磁阀的动态响应特性 ,给出了电磁阀实现稳定位移输出的控制方法 ,分析了喷射过程 .
This paper presents the design and structure of high-speed powerful solenoid which is one of the key components of time-based electronic diesel injection system. The constitution and operating principle of the system are described as well. Power supply system and controller are discussed. Experiments show the high-speed powerful solenoid designed and developed by us can meet the requirements of electronic fuel injection system.
