摘要
介绍了PPVI型电控柴油喷射系统用高速强力电磁阀的功能与结构，研究了电磁阔的电磁与机液性能，总结了电磁阀的参数确定与匹配规律。大量试验结果表明，自主设计开发的高速强力电磁阀能够满足电控柴油喷射系统的工作要求。
High - speed powerful solenoid is one of the key components of time -hased electronic diesel injection system. In thes paper, function and structure of the solenoid for electronic pump - pipe - valve - injector diesel injection system are described as well as itS electromopetic and hydromechanical Perfonnance is discussed. The principle of its parameter detendnation and matching is also summarized. A large number of experi-ments show the high - speed powerful solenoid designed and developed by ourselves can meet lequirements of electronic diesel injection system.
