摘要
反馈并控制发动机的各缸工作均匀性是实现发动机性能优化和改善排放的重要措施。利用曲轴瞬时转速信号进行反馈是一种较好的途径。根据往复式内燃机工作的本质特征,选择了与传统时间域及频率域不同的曲轴角度域及频率域,对汽车发动机的瞬时转速波动进行了划分。然后选择了反映发动机工作不均匀的指标,建立了该指标的计算方法。结合第二代电控喷射系统进行了各缸工作均匀性的闭环调整台架试验。结果证明,该算法可适用于发动机各缸均匀性反馈控制。
To feedback cylinder by cylinder uniformity is an important issue for engine performance optimization and emission control. According to the basic characteristics of internal combustion engines, crank angle domain and its frequency domain were chosen, and engine momentary speed fluctuations were divided. From the valuable components, a suitable index was selected and a processing algorithm was built to feedback the variation. Moreover, cylinder nonuniformity close loop control was carried out on engine test bench. The result verifies the accuracy and feasibility of the algorithm.
