布加综合征的临床诊疗进展 被引量：6

摘要 布加综合征（BCS）初时被认为是一种罕见疾病，近年来观念正逐渐变化，目前认为BCS在我国并不少见，其特征是肝静脉流出道阻塞。本研究整体全面地阐述近年来BCS在临床上的发展，着重于外科及介入治疗。查阅近年来国内外相关文献，结合作者在临床工作中的总结，全面阐述BCS在临床上近年来的进展及目前我国主要治疗方式。BCS需要准确，及时的诊断和积极治疗。治疗方案将取决于患者的临床表现，发病原因以及解剖病变的部位，临床BCS的治疗目前在我国主要依赖于外科治疗。对于终末BCS患者或者爆发性BCS患者，肝移植也可以选择。
