摘要
目的探讨直肠功能性悬吊手术治疗直肠内脱垂病人的临床疗效。方法收集2003年3月至2013年6月第三军医大学附属大坪医院普外科应用直肠功能性悬吊手术治疗30例直肠内脱垂病人的临床资料,对其特点和疗效作回顾性分析。结果术后病人直肠内脱垂解剖学意义上缓解率为96.7%,但排便困难、肛门坠胀感、肛门潮湿、疼痛、出血等症状缓解情况不尽相同。结论直肠功能性悬吊手术纠正解剖病变的疗效肯定,但不能彻底解决直肠内脱垂的临床症状。需进行术后综合治疗提高直肠内脱垂病人的治愈率。
Objective To investigate the effect of functional suspension operation in patients with internal rectal prolapse. Methods The clinical features and therapeutic effects of 30 cases of internal rectal prolapse treated by functional suspension operation from March 2003 to June 2013 in Daping Hospital Affiliated to Third Military Medical University were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 96.7% of cases with internal rectal prolapse in anatomic abnormalities corrected well, but the difficult defecation, anal bulge, anal discharge, pain, bleeding and other symptoms relief were not same, Conclusion It is suggested that correcting anatomic lesions is very sure by the functional suspension operation, but can not completely solve all the clinical symptoms very well. Postoperative comprehensive treatment can improve the cure rate of patients with internal rectal prolapse.
