摘要
对茶叶中多酚类物质的提取方法及其应用现状进行了综述 ,介绍了茶叶中多酚类物质的种类、含量、结构及其生物活性和反应机理。为茶多酚的进一步开发利用提供了参考。
The extraction and implication of Tea Polyphenols were reviewed. The varictics, content, chemical structures, biological activities and reaction mechanism of Tea Polyphenols have been introduced respectively. It gives reference for the further exploitation and implication of Tea Polyphenols.
