摘要
党政人才是三峡库区经济社会发展重要的组织者和推动者,库区党政人才开发具有重要性和紧迫性。文章分析了库区党政人才开发取得的主要成果和存在的主要问题,并在此基础上提出了库区党政人才开发的指导思想和对策建议。
Government personnels are the important organizers and promoters of economic and social development in Three-gorges reservoir area. Government personnel development in the reservoir area is important and urgent. This article analyzes the main achievement which the reservoir area＇ s government personnel development obtained and the main existing problem. Based on this analysis, this article proposed guiding ideology and the countermeasure sug- gestion of the reservoir area＇ s government personnel.
