摘要
目的：探讨卡培他滨联合三维适形放射治疗（放疗）治疗老年中晚期食管癌的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2008-2013年70例老年中晚期食管癌患者的资料，随机分为观察组及对照组，各35例，所有患者均给予卡培他滨化疗，连续治疗2个周期，观察组在化疗的同时给予三维适形放疗，采用欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织调查问卷对患者生活质量进行评价，对两组患者的临床疗效、生活质量及不良反应进行比较。结果：观察组患者临床总有效率高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；两组患者在恶心、呕吐、骨髓抑制等方面比较无明显差异，无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；观察组患者生活质量评分优于对照组，比较差异明显，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：卡培他滨联合三维适形放疗治疗老年中晚期食管癌，可提高患者近期疗效，不增加患者放疗毒副作用，治疗耐受性好，值得在临床推广。
Objectives：To investigate the clinical effects of capecitabine combined with Three dimensional conformal radiation therapytherapy on elderly middle or advanced esophageal cancer patients.Methods：Seventy patients of elderly middle or advanced esophageal cancer hospitalizing in our clinic were collected from 2008 to 2013.All the cases,assigned randomly into observation group or control group and each group had thirty-five,were treated with capecitabine for 2 cycles and Three dimensional conformal radiation therapytherapy was performed on observation group.The European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire （EORTC QLQ-C30） was employed on the evaluation of patients＇ life quality.The clinical efficacy,quality of life and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results：The total clinical effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group.The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.No significant differences were observed between the two groups in nausea,vomit and myelosuppression （P〉0.05）.The quality of life in the observation group was superior to control group.The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Capecitabine combined with Three dimensional conformal radiation therapytherapy had potential of promoting in clinical treatment of middle or advanced esophageal cancer in elderly patients for superior short-term effects and tolerance.
