摘要
在我国高职院校思想政治教育工作中,辅导员与专业课教师长期缺乏深入、有效的协同配合。分析辅导员与专业课教师在思想政治教育中协同配合方面存在的问题及原因,挖掘二者进行协同配合的内在驱动力,进而探究几种协同配合的实现路径。
In the ideological and political education work of higher vocational colleges in China,Counselor and Professional teachers lack effective coordination. In order to improve the effect of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, referred to a large amount of literature, the paper analyzed the existing problems and reasons in the process of coordination between counselor and professional teachers in the ideological and political education, discovered its driving forces, and then discussed several realization paths for the coordination.
