摘要
首先根据前轮侧滑机理和轮胎侧偏理论,采用简化半物理模型对胎面侧偏变形进行分析;接着综合考虑轮胎特性和车辆结构参数,对外倾角与前束值之间合理的匹配关系进行了详细的解析研究,并推导出计算公式。最后参照GB7258—2004的要求,通过试验验证了计算公式的正确性,为汽车开发过程中外倾角与前束值合理匹配提供了理论参考。
Firstly based on the side slip mechanism of front wheels and the theory of tire cornering,the cornering deformations of tire tread are analyzed with simplified semi-physical model.Then with concurrently consideration of tire characteristics and vehicle structural parameters,a detailed analytical study on the matching relation between camber and toe-in is conducted with calculation formulae derived.Finally by reference to the requirements of GB 7258-2004,tests are performed to verify the correctness of calculation formulae,providing a theoretical reference for the reasonable matching between camber and toe-in in the process of vehicle development.
