摘要
基于1026型运输车前轮侧滑试验,回归得出该车前轮侧滑量与前束值关系数学表达式。将样车最小试验侧滑量对应的前束值与理论公式计算的前束值进行比较分析和修正,获得较为精确的前束值计算式。本文旨在建立计算样车前束值的半经验公式,为样车前轮定位参数与动态性能优化提供更为精确的数学模型。
For years the precise calculation of toe-in has been researched, because it is needed by the control toe-in tracing camber (It is being researched) and simulation of handle and steady. As the relation of toe-in and camber is effected by lots of aspects, the precise formula is difficult to be founded in theory. Based on the sideslip test to a 1026 model truck, the equal of sideslip amount and toe-in was regressed, toe-in of test has been founded. Theory of toe-in has been compared to it, the modification has been done, and a semi-empirical formula was founded according to the theory and test with the purpose of setting up the precise calculation and use it in the simulation of sample vehicle, providing references for the design of aligning parameters of four wheels of the vehicles.
