摘要
实践教学是全科医学教育的关键环节,农村订单、定向全科医学生的实践能力的高低直接关系着为农村基层社区输送医学人才的质量。实践基地是进行实践教学的重要场所,为了培养面向农村基层的"下得去、用得上,干得好"的应用型全科医生,河北联合大学经过不断探索,采用"政府-学校-社区"共建的模式,推行"校地共育",最终形成了"三级阶梯式"实践基地网络,并取得了较好的实效。
The practice teaching is the key to general medicine education ,the practical ability of rural order directed students is directly related to the quality of the level of mass transport of medical per-sonnel to rural grassroots communities .Practice base is an important place to practice teaching ,in or-der to develop the students that able to go to the rural grassroots ,come in handy and well done ,He-bei United University through continuous exploration ,adopted the Government-Schools-Community model ,implementation of Schools and local co-culture ,eventually formed the three ladder practice base network .
