摘要
制备了以聚乙烯醇 (PVA)、磷酸酯化聚乙烯醇 (PPVA)为活性分离层的 PVA/PAN、PPVA/PAN渗透汽化复合膜并用于乙醇 -水恒沸混合物的分离。考察了热处理条件对复合膜分离性能及吸附性能的影响。结果表明 ,复合膜的分离性能主要是由热处理温度决定的 ,并且 ,PPVA/PAN复合膜比 PVA/PAN复合膜具有更好的分离性能。确定了最佳的热处理条件 ,对于 PVA/PAN复合膜 :在 40 3K下 ,热处理时间不小于 4h,对于 PPAV/PAN复合膜 :在 42 3K下 ,热处理时间不小于 2
PVA/PAN and PPVA/PAN pervaporation composite membranes with poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) and phosphatic poly(vinyl alcohol(PPVA) activity layers were prepared and utillized in the separation of ethanol water azeotropic mixture. Effects of heat treatment conditions on the separation performance of PVA/PAN and PPVA/PAN pervaporation composite membranes were investigated. The experimental results showed that the separatin performance of the composite membranes were mainly decided by the heat treatment temperature and PPVA/PAN membrane had much better separation performance than that of PVA/PAN composite membrane. The optimum heat treatment conditions were determined:for PVA/PAN composite membrane, at heat treatment time is 403K not less than 4 hours, and for PPVA/PAN composite membrane, at 423K heat treatment time is not less than 2 hours.
