Preparation and Characterization of PVA-MA Membrane by Crosslink Esterification

摘要 介绍了聚乙烯醇(PVA)与马来酸(MA)酯化交联膜的制备及性能表征。PVA与MA在浓硫酸催化下,高温脱水酯化交联。利用红外光谱(IR)、拉伸强度分别表征了交联膜的化学结构及力学性能。在沸水中测定了PVA交联膜的耐水性,将PVA与聚丙烯腈(PAN)制成PVA-PAN交联复合膜用于渗透汽化法分离乙醇—水混合物。研究了交联度与复合膜渗透汽化特性之间的关系。 The preparation and characterization of PVA MA membranes by crosslink esterification are described.PVA MA membranes were prepared by PVA crosslink esterified with MA at concertrated H 2SO 4 and high temperature.The chemical structure of PVA MA membranes were characterized by IR spectrometry and mechanical property of PVA MA membranes were tested by stress strain test.The water durability of PVA crosslink membranes were tested in boiling water.The PVA PAN composite membranes were used for separation of water ethanol by pervaporation.The water durability and pervaporation were also studied.
