摘要
研究了酯化反应偶联渗透汽化膜反应器中膜材料的性质、反应 分离温度、反应体系及催化剂体系等对PPVA/PAN复合膜稳定性的影响。研究结果表明 ,对甲苯磺酸及浓硫酸催化剂对复合膜的稳定性有非常明显的影响 ,固体超强酸催化剂基本上不影响复合膜的稳定性 ;活性层酯化度为 3 3 %及 6 2 %的复合膜具有良好分离性能及稳定性。
In esterification coupled pervaporation membrane reactor, effects of membrane material properties, reactionseparation temperature,reaction mixture and catalytic systems on the membrane stability were all investigated. Experimental results showed that sulfuric acid and ptoluene sulfonic catalyst had great effect on the membrane stability and the solid super acid catalyst had no effect on membrane stability. Composite membranes with the esterification degree of activity layer being 33% and 6.2% had well separation properties and stability and they were suit to the study and application of coupled membrane reactor.
