摘要
在研究中医人才培养目标与现状的基础上,结合本单位师承制、小班化的特色与优势,探索了一种以经典课程为牵引的、以能力培养为核心的中医人才培养模式。即:基于内经的中医基本理论、基本知识与基本技能的培养,基于伤寒论、金匮要略和温病学的中医辨证论治思维与临床技能培养,基于中医各家学说的中医临床视野拓展与临证能力培养,并对其实施效果进行了评价。
On the basis of objective and current situation of TCM talent training, and discipular education system and small-class mode in our university, a training mode of TCM talents taken classic courses as traction and ability training as nuclear has been explored. This mode includes training of TCM basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills based on Neijing, training of TCM thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment and clinical skills based on Shanghanlun, Jinguiyaolue and study of warm diseases, and training of TCM clinical vision and ability based on theories of TCM different schools. The implementation results have been evaluated.
