摘要
中医临床人才的素质水平,除受其内在因素的影响外,主要取决于社会人才培养体系的完善程度,取决于人才培养模式是否符合人才的成长规律。根据中医临床人才不同成长阶段培养目标及培养重点的区别,中医临床人才培养模式分为师承教育、本专科基础教育、毕业后教育以及继续教育。各种培养模式均有自己的特点和优缺点,尤其应重点关注各种培养模式存在的局限与不足,以便有针对性改进。
The quality of TCM clinical talents,except the influence of internal factors,depends upon the perfection degree of social system of talent training,and talent training mode adapted to the laws of talent growth.According to the training objectives and emphases in different growth stages of TCM clinical talents,the training mode should be divided into master-apprentice education,basic undergraduate and professional education,aftergraduation education and continuation education.The different kinds of training mode have their own characteristics,advantages and disadvantages,and the limitations and shortages should be paid attention to for corresponding improvement.
