摘要
在种公牛日粮中添加二氢吡啶 ,饲喂量按每千克体重 5毫克计算。试验结果表明 ,试验组精子的活力、呼吸、32 Pi摄入量、顶体完整率极显著地高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,而精子的畸形率极显著地低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,说明二氢吡啶可以提高精细胞质膜的完整性 ,促进精子的代谢和能量转化过程 。
Bulls were feeded by 5 mg H\-2 pyridine average kg weight.The results have showed the activity, respiration rates,\+ 32 Pi uptake, acrosome integrity rates of the treatted-group spermatozoa were aignificantly increased by comparing with the control group\ (P<0 01); but the abnormal rates of spermatozoa, was greatly decreased(P<0 01).The study suggested that H\-2 pyridine may increase the integrity of sperm membrance,stimulate the metabolism of spermatozoa and energy translation process of spermatozoa.
