二氢吡啶对蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响 被引量:18

Effects of 1,4 dihydropyridine on laying hen performance

摘要 取300日龄罗曼蛋鸡1536只,随机平均分为4组(每组设4个重复),在自由采食、饮水和光照16h的条件下,分别饲喂添加0mg/kg,100mg/kg,150mg/kg,200mg/kg二氢吡啶的玉米豆粕型饲粮90d.结果表明:含150mg/kg,200mg/kg二氢吡啶饲粮,可使日均产蛋率分别提高7.52%(P<0.01)和7.93%(P<0.01),料蛋比分别降低5.81%(P<0.05)和6.22%(P<0.05),而蛋重和日采食量均无显著变化(P>0.05);使蛋鸡血清T3水平和T3/T4比值分别升高15.38%(P<0.05),16.78%(P<0.05)和22.68%(P<0.05),25.77%(P<0.05),而T4水平无显著变化,血清尿酸含量分别下降20.72%(P<0.05)和22.60%(P<0.05)含100mg/kg,150mg/kg,200mg/kg二氢吡啶饲粮可使蛋鸡血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和碱性磷酸酶活性分别升高46.67%(P<0.02),78.10%(P<0.001),79.86%(P<0.001)和44.79%(P<0.05),48.62%(P<0.05),50.? ROM laying hens of about 300 days of age were randomly assigned to 4 groups(each with 4 replicates of 96 layers) to be fed with a basal corn soybean meal diet and with 0mg/kg,100mg/kg,150mg/kg or 200mg/kg 1,4 dihytropyridine for a period of ninety days, respectively. Feed and water were provided for ad libitum consumption and the birds received light of 16h a day. Results indicated that 150 mg/kg or 200mg/kg 1,4 dihytropyridine supplementation significantly increased laying rate of a day by 7.52%( P <0.01) or 7.93%( P <0.01) as compared with control,respectively,and significantly decreased feed/egg ratio by 5.81%( P <0.05) or 6.22%( P <0.05),respectively, but egg weight and daily feed intake were unaffected. 150mg/kg or 200mg/kg 1,4 dihytropyridine supplementation significantly increased the level of T 3 and T 3/ T 4 ratio in serum by 15.38%( P <0.05),16.78%( P <0.05) and 22.68%( P <0.05),25.77%( P <0.05),respectively, and the concentration of uric acid in serum was significantly decreased by 20.72%( P <0.05) and 22.60%( P <0.05),respectively, but the level of T 4 in serum was not influenced by dietary 1,4 dihydropyridine. Activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and alkaline phosphatase in serum of 100mg/kg,150mg/kg,or 200mg/kg 1,4 dihytropyridine treated hens were significantly improved by 46.67% ( P <0.02),78.10%( P <0.001),79.86%( P <0.001) and 44.79%( P <0.05),48.62%( P <0.05), 50.94%( P <0.05), respectively. These results showed that 1,4 dihytropyridine could effectively clear away free radical and promote synthesis of protein in body by increasing the activities of SOD and alkaline phosphatase and the level of T 3.It is better for laying hen production and feed efficiency to add 150~200mg/kg 1,4 dihydropyridine to the diet of old laying hen.
