The Use of Radioisotope ^(32)P in Detecting the Uptake, Transmission and Distribution of Phosphorous in Strawberry Plants during a Year's Cycle

摘要 作者利用放射性核素^(32)P示踪技术,研究了年周期中不同生长发育时期草莓(Fragaria x ananassa)对磷素营养的吸收、运转和分配规律。实验结果表明:草莓对磷元素的吸收、运转和分配特点既有别于其他果树,又与它们有相似的规律。草莓的地上部分和地下部分对^(32)P的吸收呈2次既同步又相交错的吸收高峰。在返青前期、开花前后、果实膨大期和花芽分化时及时追肥,是草莓获得优质高产的必要措施之一。根据试验结果,还对草莓管理中去除匍匐茎,做好冬前防寒保叶等技术措施的必要性作了理论上的探讨。 The technique for radioisotope ^(32)P-labelled phosphate was used to study the rule of uptake, transmission and distribution of phosphorous in strawberry (Fragaria X ananassa) plants during a year's cycle. The experiment showed that the strawberry plant has a special characteristic which is different from other types of fruit in the special phase during a year's cycle in the uptake, transmission and distribution of phosphorus. The theoretical fertilizing period and other managements for the strawberry plant were put forward on the basis of the experimental results.
