This paper researches the way of vitro propagation of Rhus typhina and tries to find out the hormone influence differention and taking root of vitro seedlings as well as the technique of survival in transplation.The optimal media of differentiation is MS+BA2.0and the best root media is 1/2MS+IBA1.0
