摘要
用麻竹嫩枝休眠芽的茎尖离体培养形成试管苗,转接于MS培养基并附加不同浓度的激素,诱导形成丛生芽,再继代培养后,丛生芽能不断地增殖,实现离体快速繁殖麻竹.对试管苗的生根和移栽技术也作了系统的研究,繁殖的试管苗成苗已应用于生产.
Shoot-tips of Dendrocatalamus latiflorus taken from buds of young shoot were used as explants in this study, and a systematic research was conducted on the plantlets inducing, clumpy buds inducing,subculture, rooting culture, and plandets transferring. An effective way of rapid multiplication of Dendrocalamus latiflorus in test-tube was found, and the plandets were applied to actUal peduction.
