摘要
通过试验探讨了利用茎尖离体培养进行火炬树快速繁殖的方法 ,摸索了激素对试管苗增殖、生根的影响及移栽成活的技术要点 ,表明诱导芽增殖的最佳培养基是MS +BA2 .0mg/L ,诱导植株生根培养基是 1/2MS +IBA1.0mg/L。
This paper discusses the way of vitro propagation of Rhus typhina and will try to find out the hormone influence on seedling proliferating and rooting of vitro seedlings as well as the techniques of survival in transplantion.The optimal media of differentiation is MS+BA 2.0 and the best rooting media is 1/2 MS+IBA 1.0
