摘要
以异戊醛和丙二酸单乙酯钾盐为起始原料,经Doebner-Knoevenagel反应、Michael加成、水解、还原、拆分得到普瑞巴林,总收率约28.8%。
Pregabalin was synthesized from isovaleraldehyde and ethyl potassium malonate by Doebner-Knoevenagel condensation, Michael addition, hydrolysis, reduction and resolution. The overall yield is about 28.8 %.
