摘要
简述和分析了普瑞巴林的主要合成方法,以丙二酸酯和异戊醛为原料的路线消耗低、反应条件温和而具有实用价值。
The synthesis routes for preparing pregabalin were described briefly and analyzed in this paper. The process starting with malonic ester and isovaleraldehyde were valuable because of less cost and mild reaction conditions.
