摘要
选择性有机导电涂覆(SOC)是一种取代传统化学沉铜(PTH)的孔金属化先进工艺。本文对比了SOC和PTH两种孔金属化制程,介绍了SOC的优点。简述了SOC制程的原理与特点,介绍了在生产过程中的品质控制方法,并列举了在实验中常见板材的测试。表明SOC是一种绿色环保的工艺,能够满足生产的要求。
Selective organic conductive coating is an advanced hole metallization technology which can replace the traditional electroless copper (PTH). This paper compares two process of SOC and PTH, and introduce the advantages of SOC. This paper briefs the principles and characteristics of SOC, and introduces the quality control methods, tests many kind of PCB board. It turned out that SOC is a green technology and can meet the need of continuous production.
