摘要
运用数据包络分析(DEA)模型,以甘肃省白银市靖远县北湾镇的7个村为决策单元,以该区域农地流转方式的调查数据为基础,对评价单元从内生型流转和外生型流转2个角度进行农地利用效率评价.结果表明:现阶段中堡村和古城村的农地流转,不论是内生型还是外生型流转,其农地利用效率已经达到最佳水平;金山村、天字村和北湾村在不同的流转模式下,其农地利用效率均没有达到最佳水平,其投入和产出有待进一步优化;太安村现阶段在外生型流转模式下其农地利用效率已达到最佳水平,而在内生性流转模式下其投入规模过大而产出效率对太小,有待进一步优化;通过对内生型和外生型2种农地流转模式的利用效率比较研究发现外生型流转更有助于提高农业土地利用效率.
Basing on the survey data, using the method of DEA model, farmland use efficiencies of exog- enous transfer aspect and endogenous transfer aspect were evaluated. The results showed that. Zhongbao village and Gucheng village,either exogenous or endogenous transfer,the farmland use efficiencies reached to the highest level. Jinshan village, Tianzi village and Beiwanzhen village, both in exogenous and endoge- nous transfer, the farmland use efficiencies did not reach to the optimum level. In current, for Taian village, under exogenous transfer model, its farmland use efficiency reached to the highest level, while under endog- enous transfer model, its input was too sweeping but its output was too small, so it should be further opti- mized. The study found that the exogenous transfer was much helpful to improve circulation of agricultural land use efficiency.
