摘要
分析中国农垦百强企业的生产规模、技术效率。认为,百强农场生产效率差异较大,广西农垦、黑龙江农垦、广东农垦生产效率较高。77%的农场处于规模报酬不递增阶段,建议控制农场规模,重视人才引进和培养,保持农垦现有利益格局不变,推动农垦持续发展。
The range of activity and technical efficiency of top 100 enterprises in China State Farms are analyzed. It shows that the differences of production efficiency among the top 100 enterprises are remark- able. Guangxi State Farms, Heilongjiang State Farms and Guangdong State Farms are highly efficient. 77% of the farms are not in the phase of increasing returns to scale. Suggestions are put forward that most farms should control scale, lay importance on talent introduction and fostering and maintain the existing pattern of interests so as to promote sustainable development
