摘要
以高家镇2009年农业年报数据为基础、9个行政村为评价单元,建立耕地利用效率评价体系,运用DEA-Tobit两步法,对评价单元耕地利用效率及其影响因素进行研究.研究结果表明,高家镇耕地利用效率整体不高,且各村耕地利用效率存在显著性差异;造成耕地利用效率差异的因素各不相同;人均种植业收入、有效灌溉面积保证率、夏秋收粮食种植比例、耕地复种指数、劳均耕种面积等因素对耕地利用效率存在显著性影响.
A cultivated land use efficiency evaluation system is established based on the annual agriculture data report of Gaojia Town in 2009 and with its nine administrative villages as the evaluation units.Then the cultivated land use efficiency of the evaluation units and its influencing factors are studied with the DEA and Tobit models.As a whole,GaoJia Town has a low average cultivated land use efficiency,and great differences exist in cultivated land use efficiency among various villages.The factors causing the differences in use efficiency vary with different evaluation units.The influencing factors include per-capita planting income,effective irrigation rate,the plant structure,cultivated land multiple crop index and the per-capita planting area.
