摘要
目的观察血浆白介素(IL)-13和血清一氧化氮(NO)在大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎(UC)中的水平变化,观察中药溃结灵煎剂配合柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)对IL-13和NO的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法大肠湿热型活动期轻、中度UC患者随机分为2组,治疗组予溃结灵+SASP治疗,对照组予SASP治疗,疗程为12个月。采用ELISA法和硝酸还原法分别检测治疗前后血浆IL-13及血清NO的水平。结果随着病变程度的增高,血浆IL-13的水平显著降低(P<0.01或0.05);血清NO浓度明显高于正常对照组,但中度与轻度比较,血清NO含量有一定程度增高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组疗后,血浆IL-13水平升高明显(P<0.01),血清NO水平明显降低(P<0.05);对照组疗后,血浆IL-13水平升高明显(P<0.05),但血清NO浓度未有明显变化(P>0.05)。治疗组和对照组比较,治疗组对血浆IL-13水平和血清NO水平产生明显影响(P<0.05)。结论通过溃结灵和SASP的联合治疗,很可能使抗炎细胞因子IL-13明显升高,在调节超敏反应、抑制黏液分泌过多方面起重要作用。同时使血清NO水平降低,抑制和减弱免疫/炎症反应,继而达到治疗UC的作用。
Objective:To explore clinical significance of blood plasma level of IL-13 and serum level of NO in patients with UC.To observe the effect of Chinese medicine Kuijieling puls Sulfasalazine on IL-13 and NO on ulcerative colitis in large intestine of damp-heat syndrome and to investigate the mechanism of Kujieling treating UC.Methods:Patients with active UC (mild,moderate) of damp heat syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group treated with Kuijieling Decociton plus SASP and control group treated with SASP.The blood plasma level of IL-13 was detected by ELISA and the serum level of NO was detected by nitrate restore in patients with UC.Results:The blood plasma level of IL-13 outstandingly declined;the serum level of NO was higher in patients with UC than that in normal people (P< 0.05).In treatment group,the blood plasma level of IL-13 significantly increased(P<0.01) and the serum level of NO significantly declined(P<0.05).In control group,the blood plasma level of IL-13 significantly increased (P<0.05),but there were not obvious difference in the serum level of NO.The differences were significant in blood plasma level of IL-13 and serum level of NO between treatment group and control group after treatment (P< 0.05).Conclusion:Kuijieling plus SASP may take an important role in adjusting the super-sensitive reaction and restraining mucus secreted.
