摘要
紧密结合西部大开发的形势和陕西省科技期刊的现状 ,分析我国报刊管理政策及产业化发展趋势 ,研究陕西省科技期刊的发展策略。提出用多元化方式组建陕西省科技期刊集团这一重要发展策略 ,并指出要用新思想、新思路、新方法去解决集团化过程中出版主体不明、市场化意识不强的问题。
Combining closely with the trends of western development and the current status of Shaanxi provincial sci-tech periodicals and analyzing the management policy of newspapers and periodicals and the development trends of industrialization of China, this paper studies the development strategy of Shaanxi provincial sci-tech periodicals, such as making up Shaanxi provincial sci-tech periodical group by diversified ways, using new thought, new train of thought and new methods to solve the problems occurred during collectivization process,such as, ambiguous main body of publication, poor marketing consciousness,etc.
