摘要
我国已加入WTO ,“中国期刊方阵”建设也正式启动。面对挑战和机遇 ,新疆医学期刊应当寻求一种理想的发展模式 ,创建自己的品牌期刊 ,充分利用网络技术 ,为吸引外资、联合办刊做准备 ,在竞争中求生存、谋发展。
China has already entered WTO and the construction of China's Excellent Periodicals has formally started. Facing the impact and opportunity, Xinjiang medical journals should find an ideal model to establish famous medical journals by making full use of net work technology and absorbing foreign funds for cooperation, then we can survive and develop in the competition.
