“益气养血方”治疗结直肠癌化疗后疲乏25例临床观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:运用自拟益气养血方治疗结直肠癌化疗后疲乏,探索中医药对结直肠癌化疗后疲乏的治疗价值。方法:50例直肠癌化疗后患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各25例。治疗组除日常生活活动外加用中药益气养血方治疗30d;对照组以休息为主,适当运动。以Piper疲乏量表进行问卷调查,统计2组患者干预前后疲乏评分;观察2组患者中医症状疗效。结果:服用益气养血方后,治疗组疲乏评分明显低于对照组,中医症状疗效亦明显优于对照组。结论:结直肠癌化疗后疲乏从益气养血论治有显著效果,值得深入研究。
