摘要
研究目的探讨益气养血保元方(OQP)对小鼠巨噬细胞功能的影响研究方法观察OQP与其它制剂对小鼠巨噬细胞(Mψ)内酸性磷酸酶(ACPase)和非特异性酯酶(ANAE)的影响,同时也检测了腹腔注射OQP后不同时间Mψ内ANAE、ACPase的含量结果 OQP组小鼠Mψ内ANAE、ACPase含量较其它制剂组为高,且用药后3～5天Mψ内ANAE。
Objective To probe into the effect of OQP on the function fo immune in mice
Methods To observe the effect of OQP and other medicine on the content of ANAE and ACPase in macrophage of mice, meanwhile, to test the content of ANAE and ACPase of macrophage after peritoneal injection in different time later
Results The content of ANAE and ACPase in OQP group is higher than that of other group, and the content of ANAE and ACPase reached the peak after peritoneal injection 3-5d later
Conclusion The prescription OQP is one of the effective biological response modifiers
