摘要
目的探讨益气养血扶正祛邪方联合化疗治疗乳腺癌的临床效果。方法选取2011年1月~2014年10月在我院诊断治疗的100例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,使用硬币法进行分组,100例患者被分为两组,对照组患者50例,主要按照化疗方案进行治疗,实验组患者50例,在对照组基础上联合应用益气养血扶正祛邪方进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组的恶心呕吐、疲劳、腹泻、便秘症状评分均高于对照组,治疗有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论在乳腺癌患者的临床治疗过程中,应用益气养血扶正祛邪方联合化疗不仅可明显改善患者的临床症状,还可明显提高治疗有效率,效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of replenish qi and nourishing blood and reinforce the healthy qi and eliminate the pathogenic factors prescription combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer. Methods From January 2011 to October 2014,100 patients with breast cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as research objects,and they were divided into two groups using the coin method.50 patients in control group were given mainly chemotherapy scheme treatment,while 50 patients in experimental group were given replenish qi and nourishing blood and reinforce the healthy qi and eliminate the pathogenic factors prescription to treat on the basis of control group.Treatment effect between two groups was compared. Results The symptom score of nausea and vomiting,fatigue,diarrhea and constipation in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group re- spectively,and the effective rate was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with breast cancer, applying replenish qi and nourishing blood and reinforce the healthy qi and e- liminate the pathogenic factors prescription combined with chemotherapy can not only significantly improve clinical symptoms of patients,but also significantly improve the effective rate of treatment,the effect is significant,and it is wor- thy of clinical promotion.
