摘要
本文测定了侧耳在PDY液体培养基中生长时 ,培养液pH值的变化 ,蛋白质含量和菌丝体重量 ;研究了淀粉酶、羧甲基纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、邻苯二酚氧化酶、愈创木酚氧化酶和漆酶的活性变化。结果表明 :在整个培养基内六种酶均有酶活性 ,但不同酶的活性有较大差异 。
We determined the pH changes of culture fluid,protein content and hyphostroma weight when Pleurotus ostreatus was cultivated in the PDY medium.We studied the enzyme activities such as amylase,carboxymethyl cellulase,hemicellulases,pyrocatechol oxidase,guaiacol oxidase and laccase.The experiment showed that all the six enzymes expressed activities during all the cultural periold,but there were evident differences in their activities and they show different enzyme-producing peaks.
