羟苯磺酸钙联合川芎嗪对糖尿病视网膜病变患者脂质过氧化物及超氧化物歧化酶的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Calcium Dobesilate Combined with Ligustrazine on Lipid Peroxide and Superoxide Dismutase of Diabetic Retinopathy Patients

摘要 目的研究羟苯磺酸钙联合川芎嗪治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)的疗效以及对脂质过氧化物及超氧化物歧化酶的影响。方法将海南省第二人民医院眼科2010年1月至2012年12月收治的160例DR患者依据随机数字表法分为联合川芎嗪组和单用川芎嗪组,各80例。联合川芎嗪组采用羟苯磺酸钙联合川芎嗪进行治疗,单用川芎嗪组仅采用川芎嗪治疗。观察两组的临床疗效、脂质过氧化物(LPO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化。结果联合川芎嗪组好转率显著优于单用川芎嗪组(77.5%vs 42.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合川芎嗪组和单用川芎嗪组患者的血清LPO水平随着治疗时间的延长呈下降趋势(P<0.05),而SOD水平呈上升趋势(P<0.05);两组间LPO和SOD水平变化比较差异有统计学意义,联合川芎嗪组的变化幅度显著大于单用川芎嗪组(P<0.05)。结论联合使用羟苯磺酸钙和川芎嗪治疗DR通过调整体内LPO和SOD的水平达到了更好的疗效。 ObjectiveTo study the effect of treatment calcium dobesilate combined with ligustrazine on diabetic retinopathy(DR) and the effect on lipid peroxide(LPO) and superoxide dismutase(SOD).MethodsA total of 160 DR patients admitted to the Second People's Hospital from Jan.2010 to Dec.2012 were randomly divided into combination treatment group and single treatment group,80 cases in each group.The combination treatment group was treated with calcium dobesilate combined with ligustrazine,and single treatment group was only treated with ligustrazine.The curative effect,LPO and SOD changes were observed after treatment.ResultsCombination treatment group was significantly better than the single treatment group in improvement rate(77.5% vs 42.5%) with statistically significant difference(P〈0.05);serum LPO levels of combination treatment group and the single treatment group significantly decreased over the duration of treatment(P〈0.05),while SOD level showed an upward trend(P〈0.05);the difference of LPO and SOD levels between the two groups was statistically significant,changes magnitude in the combination treatment group was significantly greater than single treatment group(P〈0.05).ConclusionCalcium dobesilate combined ligustrazine can improve the treatment effect of DR by adjusting the in vivo LPO and SOD levels.
