摘要
分析了我国传统法学本科教学模式的积极作用、消极影响与法学本科实践教学的重要作用,提出了强化我国法学本科实践教学的三项措施:确立法学理论教学与实践教学有机融合的法学本科教学模式;建立符合法学本科实践教学要求的师资队伍和师资培训评聘机制;完善法学本科实践教学体系。
The active role and negative impacts of China＇s traditional teaching mode for law undergraduate are analyzed, as well as the important role of practical education. Three measures to intensify the practical education of law are proposed, setting up a new undergraduates＇ legal education mode which reasonably join the traditional undergraduates＇ legal theoretical education and undergraduates＇ legal practical education together, establishing qualified teaching staff and its training and employment system which can meet the requirements of legal practical education; improving the teaching system of undergraduates＇ legal practical education.
