摘要
美国实用主义法学教育从社会需求出发,大力促进了法学职业教育的发展,满足了美国法治社会的需求。近年来,我国法学职业教育在管理体制、教学内容及教学方法等诸多方面存在与市场需求严重脱节的问题,致使法学专业就业率普遍走低,也给我国的法学教育提出了严峻的挑战。为此,从美国的法学教育中借鉴其成功的经验,有助于推进我国法学教育的改革,走出一条适合我国国情的法学职业教育之路。
American pragmatistic legal education starts with social needs, greatly promoting the development of legal occupation education and satisfying the needs of American law society. In recent years, there exists in our country＇ s legal occupation education the problem of grave disjoint between management system, teaching contents, teaching methods and market needs, resulting in generally low employ- ment rate of law specialty and bringing severe challenge to the legal occupation education. For this reason, a successful experience in American legal education has been introduced so as to push forward the innovation of our country＇ s legal education and dehouehlaw occupation education road suitable for China＇s national conditions.
