制作高性能表面增强拉曼散射衬底

Making high-performance surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrates using vacuum evaporation method

摘要 采取真空热蒸发镀膜的方法在普通玻璃、毛玻璃、硅片等衬底上镀银膜,并用扫描电子显微镜观察了镀银毛玻璃的表面形貌,通过激光散射实验得出毛玻璃的粗糙度.实验结果表明,镀银毛玻璃衬底具有很好的表面增强拉曼散射活性,所能探测罗丹明6G的最低浓度为10-10 mol/L. Ag film was coated on several kinds of substrates using vacuum evaporation technolo-gy ,including glass ,frosted glass and silicon .The surface morphology of silver-coated frosted glass was observed by a scanning electron microscope .The roughness was obtained using laser scattering experiment .T he experimental results indicated that the Ag/frosted-glass substrate had excellent sur-face-enhanced Raman scattering activity and could detect rhodamine 6G at a minimum concentration of about 10-10 mol/L .
