摘要
阳极氧化铝模板(Anodic Aluminum oxide,AAO)是一种具有纳米孔径的透明模板,其孔径在5-200nm范围内可控,孔径大小一致并且分布高度有序。利用阳极氧化铝模板制备量子点具有简单易行,能大规模生产的特点,同时能制备出尺寸大小可控的高度有序的量子点阵,这是其它方法很难做到的,有利于纳米材料及纳米器件的研究与合成。
Anodic Aluminum Oxide (AAO) is a kind of transparent template with nano pores. The diameter of the pores is controllable between 5nm and 200nm . In this paper, the method of preparing quantum dots with AAO is introduced, which is not only simple but also can be yielded at large scale. Moreover, the quantum dots prepared using this method are highly ordered and controllable in size, which is very difficult for other methods. This method makes for the making of quantum dots and application of nano materials.
