摘要
型砂的高温性能决定了其在浇注条件下的状态,高温性能不良会导致其在浇注时产生变形、开裂、断芯等,直接降低铸件质量及成品率。为预防上述缺陷的发生,开发型砂高温性能检测方法及其相关仪器至关重要。为此,首先回顾了近几十年来国内外有关湿型砂、树脂砂等型砂高温性能的检测方法及其相关仪器的检测原理;随后介绍了目前型砂特别是树脂砂试样形状及尺寸对高温性能检测结果的影响;最后在指出国内外现有高温性能检测仪不足的基础上,对新型树脂砂高温性能检测仪器的开发提出了建议。
The high temperature properties of molding sand determine the state of molding sand in the casting conditions. Poor high temperature properties can cause deformation, cracking and breaking core in the pouring, and it will directly reduce the quality of casting and the rate of finished products. To prevent the occurrence of the defect, accurate detection the behavior of the molding sand at high temperature in laboratory conditions is essential. In the paper, the test methods and associated instrumentation of green sand, resin sand and other sand at home and abroad in recent decades was reviewed. Then the present status of the shapes and sizes of molding sand specimen especially resin sand specimen was described. Finally, the design of new high temperature properties test apparatus of resin sand was suggested.
