CCKZ63弹簧托梁热裂纹缺陷的成因及对策

摘要 对比分析了CCKZ63弹簧托梁与传统托梁的生产工艺,并根据铸件热裂纹的产生机理对CCKZ63弹簧托梁裂纹缺陷进行了研究。分析表明,热裂纹主要是由于浇注系统的设计和造芯材料选择不合理,以及浇注温度过高而产生的。针对上述原因,分别采取了改进浇注系统、增加冷铁与加强筋、改善造芯材料和降低浇注温度等相应的措施。实验结果表明,弹簧托梁热裂纹缺陷得到改善,提高了铸件的质量。 The contrastive analysis about the production process of the CCKZ63 spring joist and the traditional spring joist was done. In accordance with the mechanism of hot crack formation of castings, CCKZ63 spring joist crack defects were analyzed. The analysis show that the main reasons causing cracking are as follows: the design of the gating system is not reasonable, the selection of the core material is not proper, and the pouring temperature is too high. For above reasons, a series of improving measures are taken: improving the gating system, increasing the iron chill and the strengthening tendons, improving the core material and lowering the pouring temperature. The experimental results show that the defects are obviously reduced, and the quality of the castings improves.
