摘要
介绍了空心双层内腹板的熔模铸造基本工艺和主要工艺参数,针对研制过程中出现的主要铸造缺陷,如断芯、偏芯、缩孔、缩松等,提出了工艺改进措施。不但生产出了合格铸件,提高了产品的合格率,而且为同类产品的熔模铸造工艺提供了参考。
The basic process and main processing parameters of investment casting tbr hollow double layer endosternums were presented in detail. Technical measures were put forward to remove the casting defects appeared in the procedure of research and development such as core break, core shift, shrinkage and porosity, etc. Finally, the defects were eliminated and the castings produced were qualified, which can be reference for production of similar castings.
