基于感知风险的网络消费行为研究综述 被引量:3

摘要 感知风险是消费者行为理论里的重要研究内容,在国外的研究已比较成熟。但由于网络购物的不断发展,对于感知风险的研究也有了新的方向和内容。本文从网络感知风险维度、测量模型、与信任和购买意愿关系等方面,梳理这一领域具有代表性的研究成果,以期对我国电子商务发展提供理论支持。
