摘要
随着互联网在我国的快速发展,网上消费作为一种依托互联网的消费方式,已成为人们日常生活的一种重要购物渠道。大量的学者已经对网络购物的风险维度和信任问题做了深入研究,文章采用概念模型对大学生网络购物的认知质量形成过程做了分析,并提出规避大学生网络购物风险的一些对策。
With the rapid development of the internet, online shopping as a consumption pattern relying on the internet has already become an important shopping way in daily life. Plenty of researchers have made further study on risk dimensions and trust problems of online shopping. This paper analyses the formation process of college students' cognitive quality by conceptual model and puts forward to countermeasures resisting risk in online shopping.
